Can I place my order over the phone with your company?
Yes, we are available to place your order over the telephone Monday through Friday from 9AM to 6PM EST excluding holidays. We are also happy to assist you with placing your order via the Internet as well.
Is there sales tax for on-line purchases?
There is only sales tax charged on purchases which are delivered within the State of Georgia because we are headquarter in Georgia. Georgia residents and non-residents who have their items delivered outside of the State of Georgia are subject to any sales tax.
Can you ship my order to an international country?
No, we do not ship to international locations except for Puerto Rico at the current time. However, we can ship it to you within the United States or Puerto Rico and you can then send it to your final destination.
Is it possible to combine shipments?
Yes, we are happy to combine multiple items that you purchase into one shipment. The shipping and handling fee is calculated the same way.
Can you make custom jewelry for me?
Yes, we can make custom jewelry for you and have a large selection of cultured pearls in different sizes and colors for you to select from. We can also combine precious metals where appropriate.
What is a Gallery of Pearls Gift Certificate?
Shopping for pearls couldn’t be easier. Easy to purchase and easy to use. The Gallery of Pearls gift certificate allows that special someone to shop for exactly what he/she wants. Great for special occasions including birthdays, anniversaries or weddings and you pay no sales tax on the purchase of the certificate. A Gallery of Pearls Gift Certificate is redeemable for all Gallery of Pearls merchandise and the card is valid for one year from the date of purchase. Our gift certificate work just like cash and therefore, if lost or stolen, cannot be cancelled or re-issued. Returns originally purchased on our gift card may be exchanged for a merchandise credit or for any of our other merchandise of equal or lesser value. The gift card may not be exchanged for cash and any remaining balance may be used within the allowed timeframe. Gallery of Pearls “gift cards” are available in $25 denominations starting at $50 and may be ordered via telephone or the Internet.
