SHIPPING INFORMATION
All products are shipped with in 24-48 hours of being ordered during the week, and by Monday if ordered on the weekend. Products ordered Monday through Friday will be shipped on a weekday, and orders placed on the weekend will go out Monday. Availability of a product may delay shipping time, and we will notify you if such a delay occurs. Orders in stock and placed by noon EST (weekdays excluding holidays) will be processed no later than the next business day after order receipt and delivered to you based upon the delivery option you select. Currently, we only ship to confirmed addresses within the United States and Puerto Rico.
Ground shipping will be free on any single order that is $75.00 or greater, except for Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. FedEx Ground service delivery time varies between 1 to 5 business days and will be used for all orders eligible for free shipping.
If you are ordering a gift and are interested in keeping it a surprise, please indicate this during checkout. If you prefer, we can ship it to non-residential addresses but still require an adult signature upon receipt.
Valid shipping and email address required: We gladly ship to all legitimate residential and business addresses. Due to credit card merchant regulations, we cannot ship to P.O. Box locations. Please carefully check all address and contact information prior to processing your order. Orders that are re-routed due to inaccurate or incomplete address information will be subject to a $15.00 service correction fee charged to us by the shipper.
All packages shipped from Gallery of Pearls will have a tracking number and are insured for the purchase price through transit. We will provide the tracking number via email for each customer order. Once the package is signed for and received, its contents become the responsibility of the recipient. Due to regulations by credit card merchants and the value and type of product, all shipments will require an adult signature.

Note: all delivery times are estimates and we cannot control all factors associated with shipping and delivery once it leaves our office to be sent to the client via the shipping agent. Free shipping on orders of $75.00 or more, where an order is defined as one or more products that are charged to one credit card for one transaction that equals or exceeds $75.00 in USA currency.
Our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee begins from the date that the product is shipped to you for both available and backordered items.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Returned items originally sent via our free shipping option for items equal to or over $75 will incur a $10.00 shipping fee (equivalent to the shipping method and cost referenced in our Shipping Section).
