RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Gallery of Pearls prides itself on providing our customers with high quality products, service, and value at affordable prices. It is our desire to provide you with the high quality and value we mutually expect. Therefore, we offer a 30-day money back guarantee.
If you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return or exchange within 30 days of the shipping date any non-custom item for a full refund or replacement minus shipping and insurance. In order to protect consumers and our business, exchanges done during the 30-day grace period will not extend the first 30 days warranty period from the original ship date.
We recommend that you purchase insurance to protect your-self in case your returned item becomes lost, damaged, or misdirected during the return shipment to us, as we cannot be responsible for such events.
Custom orders refer to any items that are specially modified or created per the customer’s request including specific requests for length, size, and/or material.
Refunds will be made using the method of payment in the original purchase. Refunds should be processed within one week after we receive your return package.
Gift certificate recipients are entitled to an exchange or non-refundable merchandise credit only.
Return Procedures:

Please Obtain an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization number). We can be contacted at 770-428-7186 or at returns@galleryofpearls.com. We will provide you with an RMA # and form.

Returning Your Package.
| a) | Please repackage the item in its original gift box and packaging. Use the same or similar size-shipping box. |
| b) | Include the completed RMA form inside the box and a copy of the original invoice |
| c) | Insure your package for safe arrival and require signature due upon receipt. |
| d) | Send your return with a tracking number via Fed X or UPS to protect your return merchandise. |

Return Guidelines:
| a) | Packages without an RMA number, completed form, and invoice will not be processed for a refund. |
| b) | Items must be returned in original condition and without visible or chemical wear within 30 days from original shipping date to you. Visible wear refers to pearl jewelry scratches, chips, dings and/or stretched strands not naturally part of the pearl jewelry. Chemical wear refers to perfume, make-up, hairspray, etc that can corrode the pearl’s surface. Visible and chemical wear are damaged goods not in their original condition and thus not returnable for refund or exchange. Earrings that have been worn cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons. |
| c) | Custom orders cannot be returned. |
| d) | Returned items originally sent via our free shipping option for items over $75 will incur a $10.00 shipping fee (equivalent to the shipping method and cost referenced in our Shipping Section). |
