PAYMENT POLICY
In order to insure the availability of funds, our e-commerce ordering system will automatically authorize the order to be charged to your credit card at the time the order is placed. We do not charge your credit card for any non-custom order until it is ready to ship. Only custom design orders are charged at the time of order prior to shipping. The day the order is placed may not necessarily be when the order is shipped due to availability. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped and you will still have a full 30-day money back guarantee from the date the original non-custom item is shipped to you.
We accept online or over the phone credit card payments by American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. When the order is placed with a credit card at our website, the credit card numbers are securely encrypted (see Privacy & Security section under the Policy tab). If you are more comfortable providing us with your credit card and order information via the telephone, please call us directly.
   
Sales Tax
Currently by law, sales tax is only assessed on shipments delivered within or to the State of Georgia (GA) where Gallery of Pearls, LLC is headquartered. GA sales tax is automatically assessed based on the GA county where the product is being shipped to.
Customers placing orders that are delivered outside of the State of GA are not subject to sales tax.
