Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.

2. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only for:

• Wrong product delivered
• Damaged product
• Manufacturing defect
• Incorrect item supplied

Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Non-Returnable Products

No returns for change of mind, used products, customised jewellery, hygiene-sensitive items, natural variations in pearls or gemstones, or products without original packaging/documents.

4. Return Procedure

Email the Order Number, photographs of the product and packaging, and a description of the issue.

5. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days, subject to banking timelines.

6. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error, return shipping costs will be borne by Mahesh Pearls Dealer. Otherwise, shipping charges may be deducted where applicable.

7. Cancellation by Mahesh Pearls Dealer

We may cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, payment verification failure, suspected fraud, or legal requirements.
